I’ve started practicing yoga 30 years ago and I certified as a 200 hours teacher in 2016 with TK YOGA.

I am really passionate about this discipline and always eager to explore and learn new sequences and types of yoga.

I find important to vary the flow and structure of my classes; I try to attend as many yoga courses as possible so that I can bring something fresh to the classes and adapt the new learning to the different student abilities
