I’ve started practicing yoga for over 30 years ago and I certified as a 200 hours teacher in 2016 with TK YOGA.
I am really passionate about this discipline and always eager to explore and learn new sequences and types of yoga.
I find important to vary the flow and structure of my classes; I try to attend as many yoga courses and classes as possible so that I can bring something fresh to my practice and adapt the new learning to the different student abilities.
I teach different styles of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Aqua, Chair and Power.
My classes are suitable for all levels students and easier options are given to yogis with no previous yoga experience. I mainly incorporate Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa - a dynamic, flowing practice which cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance and links breath with movement.
For students with previous yoga experience, a good fitness level, I also offer Power Yoga, a lovely style for students who want to push themselves a bit more still maintaining the mind and spirit yoga benefits.
Pranayama techniques, meditation/relaxation and chanting are also taught during the class.
